Silkmore Design takes your privacy seriously. We want to assure you that we are committed to protecting and maintaining the privacy of any information provided to us and retained in our possession. This Privacy Policy explains out privacy practices and explains how we collect your Personal Data, what we collect, how we protect it, as well as the steps we take to ensure your Personal Data is kept secure and confidential. Silkmore Design reserves the right to change these conditions as well as the content of the Website at any time without notice. When communicating with Silkmore Design online, please remember that all e-mail messages can be viewed by other Internet users whilst in transit. Therefore we recommend that You do not e-mail Personal data unless it is sent through a secure channel, such as the secure forms available on the Website, or contact Silkmore Design by phone, e-mail or post and request a client care representative to contact you.
Users can browse our pages without telling us who they are or revealing any Personal data to Silkmore Design. However, Users who contact us (in order to receive correspondance from us), will need to provide Silkmore Design with Personal Data.

» Protection of Personal Data
Silkmore Design has adopted internal policies to maintain the security and privacy of your Personal Data. These include, but are not limited to, policies related to the storage and disposal of paper information, as wel as electronic information.
When Personal Data is submitted through our secure online forms, it is processed on the Website and protected from unauthorized access by a secure firewall and security infrastructure. During transmission, your privacy is protected by Secure Socket Layer 128-bit encrypting software. Then when the Personal Data is received, we employ extensive physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to make sure it remains secure. We also conduct periodic reviews of the Website security to ensure that our electronic safeguards remain up-to-date and effective. Silkmore Design also assigns and terminates user ID's.
» Disclosure of Personal Data
We do not disclose any Personal Data we have collected. However, in the following circumstances, we may need to disclose some or all of your Personal Data (if required to do so):
(a) for the purpose of, or in connection with, any legal or prospective legal proceedings; and/or
(b) by any enactment, rule of law or by order of a court; and/or
(c) if you breach this Website Privacy Policy and/or Website Terms and Conditions.
