Silkmore Design reserves the right to change these conditions as well as the content of the Website at any time without notice. When You purchase a Website, You will own the copyright of all content but the copyright in the Website design will remain in the ownership of Silkmore Design. If you wish to de-brand the Website (own the copyright in the design), an extra fee will be given (this will stop us from using the same design for another Website if needed).

By purchasing a Website, you are paying for the time and work of the design and development and NOT for any fonts or stock images, e.t.c., used.

By purchasing a website You agree to these statements and agree not to remove the link to www.SilkmoreDesign.co.uk on your Website.

We will refuse to insert content/create a Website that contains any pornographic, racist, violent, religious, illegal or political content and/or anything connected with such content. If You buy a Website and insert your own content, after payment has been recieved and You recieve the Website, the transaction is complete and we will be free from any further involvement and all liability.
